To Refurbish the School’s Swimming Pool Ventilation

Challenges

Queen Mary’s Swimming pool ventilation replacement was a challenging project. We have to strip-out the existing plant equipment within the plant room and then design the install to fit in the available space within the plant room. We installed a new supply and extract fan with a reheat coil to ensure energy efficiency to the client. We also designed and installed a new standalone BMS system to control the pool equipment and monitor the poolside environment.

Solution

We had numerous issues with fitting all the plant into the area due to the size of the existing plant room. This meant we had to site the plant in position, measure up all the duct-work to be built in position. The overall install was smart and effective though.

Results

The swimming pool ventilation replacement was a success!
